Usage Monitoring
Plateau is now offering a free service to all wireless customers* Usage Monitoring!
Usage Monitoring allows you to monitor your airtime, roaming, pay as you go text messaging, International long distance, and data usage by selecting either a personal threshold or a preset limit. When usage is near or over the threshold, affected phones on the account will receive a text message and/or e-mail alerting you.
By default all plans will get notifications at 75% and 90% usage of data and minutes, but Plateau is also going the extra mile and allowing you to set your own levels!
For example: Your initial notification of upcoming roaming charges is set by default at $50. If you would like to change this threshold to notify you at $10, or an amount of your choosing, you need only to contact Plateau Customer Care for assistance.
