CLASS & CUSTOM CALLING FEATURES
ENMR•Plateau offers the latest in CLASS and Custom Calling Features. You will find a brief description of each service and pricing below. Note: When you sign up for Voice Mail or CLASS or Custom Calling Features that have a value of $4.95 per month or more and commit to one year of service, ENMR•Plateau will provide you with a free phone, a value of up to $60. Certain restrictions may apply. Choice of phone is based upon availability.
CLASS:
- CLASS Package-$15.00 per month
- The CLASS package includes Caller ID or Call waiting ID, Anonymous Call Rejection, Auto Callback, Auto Recall, Distinctive Ringing, Selective Call Forwarding and Selective Call Rejection.
- Caller ID (Name and number)-$4.50
- Incoming calls are identified by number and name (if available) on a customer's telephone after the second ring.
- Caller ID Blocking-$0
- This feature allows customers to block their Caller ID from being transmitted when making an outgoing call.
- Call Waiting ID-$6.00
- This feature allows a customer who is on the phone to hear audible tones indicating another call is coming in and is able to identify the call through caller ID. The subscriber presses the flashook to answer the call. The subscriber controls all calls.
- Auto Callback-$2.00
- This feature allows a customer to dial a code that will cause the feature to automatically redial the last number the customer dialed.
- Auto Recall-$2.00
- This feature allows a customer to dial a code that will cause the feature to automatically redial the number of the last incoming call to that line.
- Anonymous Call Rejection-$2.50
- This feature allows Caller ID customers to dial a code that will reject all incoming calls that have blocked their number.
- Distinctive Ringing-$2.00
- This feature allows customers to define a list of certain telephone numbers that will emit a distinctive ring when that number calls.
- Selective Call Acceptance-$2.50
- This feature allows customers to define a list of certain telephone numbers that will be allowed to go through. All other calls will be rejected with a message that you are not accepting calls.
- Selective Call Rejection-$2.00
- This feature allows customers to define a list of certain telephone numbers that will be rejected with a message that you are not accepting calls. All other call will go through.
- Selective Call Forwarding-$2.00
- This feature allows a customer a list of certain telephone numbers that will be forwarded to another dialable telephone number.
CUSTOM CALLING FEATURES:
- Call Package-$6.00
- The Call Package includes Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding Don't Answer, Call Forward Busy, Speed Calling 8 or 30 and Three-Way Calling
- Call Forwarding-$1.50
- This feature permits a customer to transfer all incoming calls to another dialable telephone number.
- Call Forward Don't Answer-$1.50
- This feature allows a customer to transfer all incoming calls to another dialable telephone number after four rings.
- Call Forward Busy-$1.50
- This feature allows a customer to transfer all incoming calls to another dialable telephone number if the dialed number is busy.
- Call Waiting-$1.50
- This feature allows a customer, who is on the phone, to press the flash hook upon hearing audible tones indicating another incoming call. The subscriber controls all calls.
- Three Way Calling-$1.50
- This feature allows a customer to hold a conference call of up to three callers.
- Speed Calling 8 -$0.50
- This feature allows a customer to program up to eight numbers that can be dialed by pressing a one or two-digit code rather than dialing the complete telephone number.
- Speed Calling 30-$1.50
- This feature allows a customer to program up to thirty numbers that can be dialed by pressing a one or two-digit code rather than dialing the complete telephone number.
- Companion Number- $6.95
- This feature allows a customer to have a secondary directory number assigned to their primary directory number without adding a second line. The secondary number will emit a distinctive ring when it receives an incoming call.
