ISDN
Plateau offers *ISDN BRI service for customers who need a point to point data connection to another ISDN connection. ISDN is a dial-up technology that uses the existing copper telephone lines at the customer premise to send high speed data (up to 128k) to another ISDN terminal, via a dial-up connection. Although DSL may be a more advanced and widely deployed technology, there are still some customers who require an ISDN connection because of their specific application.
ISDN terminal equipment is not included in the price of the service, however Plateau does offer the equipment for sale to customers where physical requirements are met.

Any customer within the city limits of an ENMR•Plateau exchange or within 18,000 feet of a remote central office in the ENMR•Plateau serving area. *Service not available in all areas and some restrictions may apply
