Attention Plateau Auto Pay Customers:
At the end of September Plateau changed billing systems.
We have been very conscious of our customers’ privacy and security of their data during this change.
We made the decision not to convert auto pay for certain customers for these reasons.
We attempted to contact all auto pay customers, however we have noticed some customers have not gone into our new system, Smart Hub, to re-establish their auto pay setup.
If you have not set up your new account in Smart Hub, you may have received a late notice.
This alert is to assure you Plateau will not be charging you a late fee, but you will need to set up your preferred method of payment in the new system.
