Photo Challenge Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Objective - This giveaway aims to create excitement and engagement by offering a unique opportunity to win a PlayStation 5(or another chosen prize). Participants must take pictures with the exclusive Plateau Race Car to enter the giveaway.

Duration - The giveaway will run for five weeks (May26th-June30th), allowing participants ample time to create entries and generate buzz.

Prize - One lucky winner will receive a PlayStation 5(or another chosen prize).

Entry Requirements - To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow the organizer's official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
2. Take an original picture with the Plateau Race Car.
   • During the giveaway period, participants can find the car at designated locations periodically announced on the organizer's social media channels (high-traffic areas, specific events, or famous landmarks).
3. Share the giveaway announcement post on their social media profile using the hashtag (#PlateauPhotoChallenge).
4. Participants must live in one of Plateau’s current serving areas.
5. Plateau employees and immediate family members are prohibited from entering the competition.

Photo Requirements - To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. The picture must prominently feature the Plateau Race Car.
2. The photo should be creative and visually appealing (No vulgar poses or posts will be accepted).
3. Entries must be submitted as a post on the participant's preferred social media platform using the giveaway hashtag (#PlateauPhotoChallenge).
4. Tag the official social media account of the organizer in the post (@Plateau).

Selection Process - The selection of the winner will be at random. All participants will be placed into a drawing at the end, with one contestant walking away with the final prize.

Winner Annoucement - The winner will be announced on the organizer's official social media accounts within one week after the giveaway ends. The winner will also be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter the giveaway.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The giveaway is open to participants of legal age (18) or those with parent/guardian consent to enter.
2. Each participant can submit only one entry per social media account (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
3. The winner must claim their prize at the Roswell Plateau store within one week of the announcement.
4. A new winner will be selected if the winner fails to respond within the specified time frame (1 week after the announcement) or is found to be ineligible.
5. The chosen prize (PS5) cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
