Donation & Sponsorships Guidelines
Who May Apply
Any non-profit organization within Plateau's service area may apply for a donation or sponsorship. To qualify, the organization must serve Plateau customers and fall within one of the following areas: community development, public health & safety, youth development, cultural arts, or education.
How to Apply
To apply for a donation or sponsorship, please complete the application form and submit to the Plateau office via one of the methods below. All applications received by the 10th of the month are reviewed at the monthly board meeting.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. You will be notified by mail of the Board's decision.

Eligible Organizations
- 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations
- Government entities (cities, counties, state agencies)
- Educational institutions (schools, libraries)
- Community organizations serving Plateau customers
Ineligible Groups
- Political organizations or campaigns
- Religious organizations for religious purposes
- Individuals
- For-profit businesses
- Organizations outside Plateau's service area
Key Qualifications
- Organization must serve Plateau customers
- Project must benefit the community
- Organization must be in good standing
