Middle Mile Construction Bid Opportunity

ENMR Telephone Cooperative is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of approximately 149.8 miles of buried middle mile fiber optic infrastructure spanning the following New Mexico counties:

Bernalillo, Sandoval, Santa Fe, Socorro, Torrance, and Valencia counties, New Mexico.

This project is funded through the NTIA Middle Mile Grant Project.

Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:

• Demonstrated experience with comparable fiber infrastructure projects
• Organizational capacity and stability
• Availability of qualified personnel and equipment
• Compliance and safety history
• Overall ability to perform the work in accordance with project requirements
