SmartHub Account Management

SmartHub is a convenient online platform and mobile app that allows you to manage your Plateau Telecommunications account anytime, anywhere. With SmartHub, you can:

  • View and pay your bills
  • Monitor your account balance and payment history
  • Set up automatic payments
  • Update your account information
  • Contact customer support

SmartHub is available both as a mobile app for iOS and Android devices, and through our website for desktop access.

Download and Install the SmartHub App

Follow these steps to get started with SmartHub on your mobile device:

Step 1: Download the App and Find Your Provider

  • Go to the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).
  • Search for "SmartHub" and tap "Install" or "Get".
  • Open the app and choose to find your provider "By Name" or "By Location".
  • Enter your provider's name or allow location services to find it. If searching by location, search for Clovis, NM.

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

If you have an existing account:

  • Select your provider, then tap "Sign In" and enter your existing username and password.

If you need to create a new account:

  • Tap "Don't have an account? Register now" on the login screen.
  • Enter your account number, last name/business name, and a valid email address. Then, re-enter your email address to confirm it.
  • Answer the verification questions, then tap "register".
  • Check your email for a verification link or temporary password.

Step 3: Set Up Your Account

  • Use the temporary password from the email to log in to the app.
  • You will be prompted to create a new password for your account and then retype it to confirm.

You're done! You can now manage your Plateau account from your mobile device.

Create Your SmartHub Account Online

Access SmartHub from any web browser by following these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to SmartHub

Go to https://plateautel.smarthub.coop/Login.html

Step 2: Begin Registration

Click "Sign up to access our Self Service site."

Step 3: Enter Your Account Information

Enter the following information:

  • Billing account number
  • Last name or business name
  • Email address (enter twice for confirmation)

Then click "Submit".

Step 4: Complete Verification

Answer the security verification questions shown, then click "Register".

Step 5: Check Your Email

Go to your email and find the registration email that contains the temporary password. Click the "Log In" button in the email.

Step 6: Create Your Password

  • On the page that opens, enter your temporary password.
  • Create a new password and retype it to confirm.
  • Click to log in.

That's it! You are now able to manage your Plateau account in SmartHub.

Common SmartHub Issues

I forgot my password

On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts to reset your password. You'll need access to the email address associated with your account.

I can't find Plateau Telecommunications as my provider

Try searching by location instead. Enter Clovis, NM or your specific service address. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.

I didn't receive the verification email

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes, as email delivery may be delayed
  • Try the registration process again if the email doesn't arrive

My account number isn't working

Make sure you're entering your billing account number exactly as it appears on your bill. If you continue to have issues, please contact customer service at (575) 389-5100 for assistance.
